The app does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details. All item data you enter (such as item names, categories, dates, and quantities) is stored only on your device.
Core features of ShelfSpry work completely offline.
Voice language packs may require a one-time internet connection for download when selecting a new language. After download, voice functionality operates on-device.
ShelfSpry does not transmit voice recordings or any other data to our servers.
All user data remains on your device. We do not have access to it.
We do not transmit any information to our servers or to any third parties.
ShelfSpry may use official app store services (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store) to check for available updates and provide in-app update prompts. These update checks are handled by the respective app store platform. ShelfSpry does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data as part of this process.
ShelfSpry schedules expiry reminder notifications directly on your device using local notification services. These notifications are generated and stored locally and do not require transmitting your personal data to external servers.
ShelfSpry may perform limited background processing on your device to check upcoming expiry dates and schedule reminder notifications. This processing occurs entirely on your device and does not transmit your data to external servers.
